Hello, ilylinna,
After claiming the GKIT you should restart your game, then you should have it.
I'm pretty sure you opened a GKIT Potions Container, I saw it on /ah for 11111$ a couple days ago.
If you bought the GKIT from the store, submit payment issue here.
