Does these votes reset in every month?

I mean for an example :- I have 50 votes in this month which is july, and does it reset in august to 0 or does the 50 votes remain in august month too like the previous vote cycle ?

Yes, votes reset every month
You can trade a maximum of 200 votes each month for 2000 iron

And to answer your question, your votes will be reseted in august to 0

Yes, Iron has an expiry of 14 days while gold on the other hand is premium and doesnt expire

About the gold rank, you can buy gold rank just with store iron
You just have to get the iron->gold rank upgrade in the goldshop

and if you were to trade this iron at the very end of the month you can keep it till 13-14th of next month giving you time to trade more iron
meaning maximum purchase you can make in goldshop is worth 3000 iron
