Prices guide?

I just started playing it’s fun in all until I get to Auction. I have been looking through the auction house and the prices of things are scattered and confusing. Even though it’s a community driving pricing it’s still not stable to determine what’s the right price. Sometimes I get lucky and find someone selling something i want very cheap and other times some one selling the same item extremely high which changes the flow of the auction. It’s hard enough to sell things and later realize you got ripped off or like wise when buying. Can some post a price guide?

Kinda hard to make a priceline on everything just yet as supply and demand vary + the blackmarket offering random items.

Prices are all over the place.. kinda annoying because anyone can (try) to ruin the hole ecosystem on jartex
