do they ban hackers in skywars 24/7 or only a 12 hour thing?

or do you all only ban hackers in skyblock and others except minigames?

because in skywars, hackers get kicked, not ban whatsoever

i have so many complains, especially practice's "hit lag" (apart of anticheat? please answer c that makes me killed so many times

Dear 1nst3llar,

Staff are not robots. We can't be online for 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We also have lives, we have school, family and other things. We try our very best to get rid of all those hackers.
The anticheat is not very good. That is why it only kicks instead of banning people. It will cause tons of false bans if we let it ban.
