What is the suggestion about?
Please.. Please make a support ticket channel in dc server, because people fell hopeless after getting blacklisted for vpn issue [most of them are just into it due to ip chage smh] .​

Description:
It would be very good if a support ticket system is created . The managers / admins can think of appointing a new category of specially for vpn whitelist. Its really bad to see people just pinging the mods recklessly. I know its not possible for a staff member to stay in game always​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?
This would probably increase the members count. Great progress of jartex , as the people who dont get whitelisted soon, impatiently quit the server in rage.​

  • We have #assistance_chat for these issues, staff members will respond to pings there just as fast as we would if a ticket system was created.
  • If we created a ticket system it would be absolutely flooded with unnecessary requests for assistance that could have been solved by the community in assistance chat.

Reason is stated by Square, #assistance-chat is basically a support center, also H&S call as well.

I think there is already a hidden ticket system which you can open with dming a staff member.

But if you think the staff will take time to open it or reply there are many platforms you can contact staff on they are
-Forums community assistance sub forum where you can post your question/concern and it will be answered by the community or staff
-and all the things stated above.
