I have some bug issues.i dint get my 150 vote free 500 iron currency even though i voted for it please help

I see that you have encounter a issue regarding the vote system. Make sure to remember if you really did redeem the 500 iron before it got reseted.
If you encounter any bug/glitch in the server feel free to submit a bug report at: https://jartexnetwork.com/bug-reports/

If you encounter anny issue you can submit a msg at: https://jartexnetwork.com/forums/community-assistance.90/

If you want you can also dm any staff member too so they inform developers more directly but it would be preferable to contact through a report.

Make sure you present some evidence ( screen shot or video ) if possible to get it so they can understand the bug better.

To my knowledge theres only one bug in voting and its the fact that last voting batch of 500 iron is having 7 days expiry instead of 14 days

You must have done one of these two things wrong:

1. You must have voted but not claimed your iron
Once you have enough votes you are supposed to claim your iron before month-end or you lose your claim over it
Seeing you are making this post now (jan start) it would make a lot of sense

2. You must have claimed your Iron long ago
Store iron is not permanent and it expires after 7-14 days
So if you have claimed your iron that long ago, it would make sense that is has already expired

But if its not any of this and like david said, if you really think it is bugged feel free to make a bug report over at
