I have seen thar you going trough a issue with a rule breaker and you sent the evidence in the wrong place. If you want to report a rule breaker you can report them at: https://jartexnetwork.com/forums/player-reports.106/

Make sure to read JartexNetwork's rules ( https://jartexnetwork.com/rules/global/ ) before you submit the report, make sure the evidence ( in case its a video ) its smaller then 3 minutes, the quality of the video evidence is 720p or higher, if higher then make sure to present time stamps.
