Solved Paypal was compromised

so i was on vacation with my family on my vacation we stayed there for a few months when i came back i wanted to go buy a new mouse cause my mouse was broken so i went to go buy a new one i went to check how much money i have in my bank and it said i had 0.84 cents or something like that so i went to check my purchases and i saw i bought rank upgrades after that i was panicking cause i don't know who got my information and how. but anyways i was wondering if i could get a refund for the things that was purchased i don't care if i get banned i just really need the money back

You could do a payment issue and try to explain it to the owners that handle payments using this link here "https://jartexnetwork.com/forums/payment-issues.86/"

However, don't chargeback/refund as it will get you banned, and you won't get unbanned even if you appeal until you close the chargeback.

What you can do is the following:​

Create a payment issue explain your problem and do what the owner says when he replies to your payment issue.
