Immortal Factions Payment Issue

Made two payments for factions. Neither one them was received but i was charged. I was not sent an email but have proof of money going to the server. I posted a "Payment-Issue" thread, it has been nearly been up for a week and yet i have had no response or help regarding this.

We're sorry for in inconvenience, but you're not the only user that's been waiting for a while. There are others who have been waiting for months.
I can't promise that it will handled today or tomorrow, but I'll get a higher staff member to check them if possible.
With that being said I will lock the thread until there's further update on the Payment Issued threads.
