BedWars Party Teaming Issue

i used to play bedwars duos with my sister a lot, we used to get in a game, open the team selection menu and then join the same team, pretty simple - sadly it got removed, i am posting this thread to ask why?, since i have not seen any thread talking about this. The system seemed pretty nice to me, and i have not seen any exploit that could have happen

edit:
i tried going on version 1.8.9 but didnt work
tried promoting my party member didnt work
im pretty sure i tried on every map by now

If you invite someone to your party and join a bedwars game, you and your party members are automatically in the same team. It works for me.

Have you tried rejoining back again? I think it should be fixed.

sometimes it's glitched so before going in game try to /p warp and they got removed because someone suggested it and it got accepted..

yea it might be glitched atm cuz alot of other people are experiencing it

It's a known bug and it should be fixed soon.
