Option to Reopen Denied Reports on the Forums​

Suggestion Details:

Currently when a player submits a report on and the report is denied the thread is automatically closed and the reporter is unable to reply or add further information and must instead contact staff through a different platform (ingame or discord) to continue the discussion.
I suggest adding an option to request a report reopening directly on the forums this will allow the original reporter to provide additional evidence or clarify misunderstandings or point out potential mistakes without having to move to private messages or making another report.

Key points of this system could include:

• A limited “Request Reopen” option available only to the original reporter.
• Can only reopen a report once.
• A required explanation field explaining what new evidence or clarification is being provided.

This would not override staff decisions but instead give staff the choice to review new information in a structured and transparent way.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

• Saves staffs time because staff can review all relevant information within the original report thread instead of handling follow up messages separately.
• Giving players a formal way to respond to denied reports increases confidence in the moderation system.
• Knowing that additional clarification is possible encourages players to gather stronger evidence.
• Players would not spam new reports.
