Only speak english in chat! announcment​

Description:

You could make the message more understandable to foreign people, you could do this by editing the announcement so that other (general)foreign speakers could understand the message.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

It could help avoid mutes/bans and provide a better experience for those of foreign descent.​

Don't think this is needed It says in the /rules "English only in main chat" and normally after just 1 warn, they apologize and start speaking English in main

It clearly says ''English only in main chat'' I'm sure people can understand it but people just don't care and rather break the rules. -1.
