Solved Not being able to appeal

I have not been able to appeal for an unban for the past 13 days and i only have 2 unban appeals in total till now.. dm'd 2 sr.mods but got no reply..
I really wanna play but dunno why i can't appeal.. it shows "You have reached the maximum number of times you can fill out this form."
Need Serious assistance from a sr.mod

First of all, you can only appeal again after 14 days of last appeal. And if you are not able to appeal even after 14 days and you get the message as "you have reached maximum number of appeals" contacting a sr.mod is the only option left.
Current sr.mods are

Mayak_123
NotSansy
