No tipped arrows/fix bugs/no elytra in combat/pearl cooldown 8​

Suggestion Details:

I am a lifesteal player and the tipped arrows ruined the sv ,at start was 150 players now 90 players + bcs of the kids who flying with elytra and shoot us with bow with tipped arrows.Thats not fair,how am i suppose to have fun?Tell me JartexNetwork​

Neutral more like a -1, its normal at the start of the season to be more players then mid ssn or specially end, that always happens in all gamemodes because people join to redeem and sell their stuff in that gamemode for buycraft. For the "fix the bugs" part, its not a valid suggestion.
