Hi, some months ago I won a immortal rank on factions from a twitter giveaway I had no idea how to claim it. I asked a few other winners and some staff members on how to claim. I emailed jartex support 10-15 days ago 2-3 times but I'm getting the same reply "we will get in touch soon" but nobody came in touch I was told by some giveaway winners hat I can make a forum on payment issues and max or voodo will view my forum but it have been 10 days but nobody have seen it.
