NLGyt and NLGYT are differant names but jartex is taking as one

So i recently bought a minecraft account, the username is NLGYT

My cracked jartex username is NLGyt

so wanted to ask why does jartex take it both as same usernames

and any solutions for it?(rather than waiting for 30 days to change my mc username)

can't do anything about it. Its a minecraft problem and not a jartex problem.

You undestood wrong. He doesnt wanna use the cracked account. He wants it to be another account but he kept the name of the cracked account so he is getting his old progress. And he wants jartex to fix it.

No i mean that i wanted my progress but "NLGyt" is already taken so i put NLGYT something similar but i knew my progress would go but i didnt know that small or caps doesnt matter
