BedWars Ninja suit in-game, but “ninja” = mute?

Hi,
I have a question regarding the chat rules, because something here seems inconsistent.
There is an item called “ninja suit” in the game, so the word “ninja” clearly exists as part of the game. Why are players getting muted for typing “ninja” in chat?
It feels inconsistent and simply frustrating for players.

Using word "Ninja" in a racist context is not allowed.

But this is Jartex, they have very inconsistent rules and undereducated staffing, one could not be punished for a certain rule break but exact rule break could result in someone else getting permanent banned.

So all in all you are better off adding the word "Ninja" in your chat filter.
