What is the suggestion about?

New Notification : <User> upvoted your post​

Description:

Whenever someone upvotes or downvotes your suggestion , you get a notification <user> upvoted your suggestion or <user> downvoted your suggestion. This will be turned off default but people can turn it on​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

Some people who just downvotes your suggestion without saying anything can be shown

people who just downvote without even reading the entire suggestion can be also shown​

if its a feature already , Please tell in replies and tell me the way to turn it on​
