You can summer lobby cosmetics through beachballs which you win by playing minigames.
You may get them even quicker through holiday event which are hosted alongside during the season.
For in-game summer cosmetics you need to open brainwashers.
There's also a special cosmetic which you can get by finding all beachballs in hub
