Hello Community!
With this suggestion Id like to explain why I want this enchant to be nerfed
to start with. The enchant is good but it needs a nerf. when Im pvping in silver zone I keep getting tagged with bows and Im getting slowness 5 for 45 seconds. It is absolutely broken and I'd like to get it changed to 10 seconds slowness 3 so players are given a chance to chase a enemy.
