Nerf egg bridge to not spawn blocks directly below player​

Suggestion Details:

A while ago now, Jartex added Bridge Egg to Bedwars which for cost of 1 emerald spawns a wool bridge along the path it is thrown. This bridge egg is supposed help connect places faster or strategically block players in pinch. This is however not it's most popular use case anymore as players just stock up on bridge eggs since they cost only 1 emerald and become invincible to void as it is now impossible to knock them off into void as they just spawn a bridge directly below them every time they are falling. This makes pearls redundant as its only purpose which is now left is for escaping from a battle. 1 emerald is too cheap a cost for void protection as opposed to 4 emeralds which was the case with pearls earlier. This feature of bridge egg where it is able to spawn blocks directly below you makes void knocking strategies completely useless as no longer you just trap a base and push them or knock them using KB sticks. It also makes knocking someone off bridge with a fireball useless as they immediately just safeguard them and continue walking casually. In this case, the player can't even fire another fireball as it turns out, it is more expensive than bridge egg. This should be fixed so that it is not possible for players to spawn bridge directly below, atleast not in the 3x3 block area around them.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

Restore the importance of positioning and knockback.
Makes voiding players a valid strategy again.
Bring back balance between Bridge Eggs and Ender Pearls.
Maintain the original purpose of the item (fast bridging), without it being overpowered.​

-1 For you to save yourself with the bridge egg you need a pretty quick reaction time aswell as the egg doesnt save you 100% of the time unlike a pearl, eggs makes bedwars more intresting as in hitting people in the void doesnt result in winning
