Forums Solved Need help with /Login <password>

Hello there My name is Pearl (IGN: Pearls)
I'm new to the server and I can't do anything in game atm because I'm stuck in the lobby with [/login <password>] in the chat.
I, myself, have never been to this server so I don't have a password to plug in, but I guess that the person who had my account before me did go to this server and set their own password. And I'd really appreciate if some staff could help me get this problem fixed ASAP because I'm eager to try out this server.

Dear,

This is a cracked server. That means people can choose any user-name and register, so someone must have previously joined the server(with your IGN) and registered.
Your only option is to join with a new IGN.

yeah that's it , someone already used your name but the server is cracked so you can join with a different username.
