Hello I need help yesterday I got banned from the server after making my purchase on the if with my bank card I would like to know why and I think I put the wrong purchase because I took the passage of the kit elite to the champion kit while I am a premium kit would it be possible to change my purchase to take from the premium kit to elite and be unbaned from the server please thank you in advance.
