I can not log into Jartex but I did change my username is that the reason it will not work with my password?

There are few reason as to why one cant log into Jartex, here are few of them:

1. Incorrect IGN while logging in:
Your username is case sensitive and once you have registered with one username, its cases cant be changed.
For ex. if your IGN is iamsquidkid, then you cant login into your account using name IAmSquidKid

2. Incorrect password (Forgot password):
Never forget what password you set while registering on Jartex and keep changing it if you feel its not secure. Incase if you have really forgotten, make a Password reset request but keep in mind its not a stroll in park as it will take long and you will be required to submit IPs and many more details to owners. You can make the request here

3. Banishment:
If you are banned from Jartex, it will clearly show on the joining page as to why you are banned. If you are banned, you are not supposed to make an alt account (change username) and try joining again. This will not only get the alt banned but will also increase your punishment on main account. Best thing to do is to make an honest unban appeal. Here are few of the scenarios:

A. Banned by console (duration: less than a day): If you are banned by console for client modification and you think that its lag or something then you have to DMs or ask in assistant chat a staff with Screenshare role for unban. Keep in mind you cant make an appeal here cause ban duration is less than a day

B. Banned by staff (duration: less than a day): If you are banned by a staff you still cant make an appeal her cause duration is less than a day. Best thing you can do is report that staff and hope sr mod+ sees your report within a day (very rare). This will hopefull get you unbanned if it was a false ban. On the other hand if you think your ban is false and you want to show mercy to staff, then just ask that staff only to check you punihsment again instead of making staff report. You can make staff report here.

C. Banned by staff or Console (duration: more than one day): Make an unban appeal. You can also try asking that assistance chat, and if its a trivial false ban he may unban you immediately. You can make the appeal over here

D. Banned by Console or Staff but punishment not visible on forums: This is a case of IP conflict where someone has about same IP as yours and was punished in past. This problem usually goes away by restarting router a few times. If that doesnt work try messaging a staff in #assistance_chat on Jartex Discord for an ip whitelist

Usually upon changing your username you’ll have to register the account if it is not taken already by someone else. Otherwise every other possibility has already been cleared up above.

Your data and passwords are connected to your username so yea that’s why. Just change it back and you will get your progress restored.

Hello Notablewwheat....
Jartex does not have the same system as premium, where you change your name and all your stats passwords are the same, as jartex uses a different uuid... thus a cracked server.

If you changed your name... the new name will be basically a new account with a different password . Ensure the name you changed to is unregistered and when you log in it asks for /register

If it asks for /login and it's your new username, it means someone else registered the account and there is nothing you can do about it to be honest.

You can rank transfer gsets and ranks to a new account you register with by changing your name.

Therefore, changing your name will is like creating a new account, as you will lose all the ranks, gsets, stats etc... on the old name unless you use your old ign.
