Hello there. i have bought some crate stars from mysteryman it took my crystals but it didnt gave me star crates, nothing in /gift or /maildelivery.

Hello, S sodarat Thank you for reaching out for assistance from the community, seems like you didn't receive Crate stars which you traded with the Mystery man am I right? Well if I am please check if your inventory was full because you can't get stuff if your inventory is full or check if you misplaced it in a chest or in your storage room in your cell.
If your inventory was not full and you are sure you didn't put it in any of your storage chests then I suppose its a bug, If you have proof of it you can create a bug report otherwise make sure to record just in case so you can report it as a bug next time

The MysteryMan bug is already been reported several times. The Developers are aware of the Mysteryman bug. So no need to make bug reports about it anymore.
