Hi Staffs!
I recently reported a guy named BB8EZ, who gave me emperor rank for free, i leather got to know that he's a duper, but today when i saw, my rank as well as my ender chests were WIPED!, I really don't know why you guys did this to me, I'm a common not hacking player who plays the game following all rules and regulations, Please give me my rank back as well my echest, i bought rank upgrade from baron to paladin, and I have grinded for week on this server, please mind rerolling everything back to me, I'll attack the payment proof below:

Hello, I am sorry this happened to you. I would like you to create a payment issue request at: Payment issue. Please be as descriptive as possible and show proof of owning the rank before the duper gave you a higher rank than that. For your items, they will not be refunded unless they were bought with Jartex gold or IRL money. I am not sure with this issue myself, so I'll create a private conversation if there is anything different you might have to do, but if I don't create one then that means follow the instructions given.​
