my kits are on cooldown

so i havent been online since 6 march 2020 but for some reason all my kits are on cooldown while i havent claimed them. can any explaine this to me or tell me what is going on because i am spooked.

That seems really strange to me, how this happen to you. You should contact a SrMod.
Did you try to refresh, restart MC?
