Immortal Factions Other My Co-Admin in faction got banned for no reason

If any mods or any staff is reading this one of my co-admins in my faction named : Strongbert faction name : ElmoGang he got banned for afking? last time he got ban from autoclicking so he bought an unban for it and he stopped using hes auto clicker when he got banned this time hes story that he told me was he just afk from our base after that he got banned he just bought the unban for 30 Euro i think thats the price and now he got banned again is this how jartex community works? after buying unban you ban them again? my friend legit didn't do anything besides afk and didn't use a auto clicker again cause he already got banned by it if you can do anything about this look this up check him multiple times he legit didn't do anything i want him back to factions i need him in my back faction cause he was one of my Loyal Coadmins and a good friend I promise you he stopped using that Client since he got banned like 2 days ago .

Dear,
In Strongbert's Punishment history, there is no punishment given to him recently like you have mentioned. The only way he could have been banned is only if his alt account/ an account sharing his main account's IP got banned. The only thing he can do now is appeal for an unban in the Unban Appeals Department.
