hey the first thing is that which launcher u r using if u cracked launcher like Tlauncher then might the username ur using is owned by someone else EXAMPLE name -abcdef and got banded there and ur using the abcdef name ,
just change ur Minecraft username if ur using cracked launcher and if ur using premium launcher then just appeal

Your only option is to appeal to have a chance to get your account unbanned, but what you can do on Tlauncher or any other cracked launcher is take an username that has not been registered yet on the server (not password protected), and then you can play again, unfortunately you won't have access to all your items, but at least you'll learn your lesson and not rely on cheating anymore.
