Mushroom cow spawner

So my spawner is level 20 and its not working. Yesterday I asked LordKacem for help and it DID work but today there were 999 cows and I just killed them all with 1 hit and then it started working for like 10 minutes, spawned around 500 mobs and now its silent again. What should I do?

Spawners should be claimed to be able to work, if they are already claimed and still not working try tping out and in again.
If it still doesn't work then put a glowstone right next the spawner.

And about claiming - like, on my claimed land? It is on it of course

maybe you have a too low light level, try putting a glowstone right next to the spawner maybe it'll fix it
