Denied modification to /ban or /mute

What is the suggestion about?

modification to /ban or /mute​

Description:

now when staff use the command /ban [name], a menu will appear the player head will be at the top and red wool down ( the amount of banned reasons = the amount of wool ) instead of writing /ban [name] cheating 7days or something, they'll just click the wool from the menu that appears, same goes for /mute​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

will hopefully make staff work easier and faster.​
