What is the suggestion about?
Mining Fatigue and defence activation distance

Description:
Mining fatigue is incredibly over powered, say you build above a bed and drop tnt and completely destroy bed defence, you jump in to break bed and mining fatigue 4 means it takes 12 billion years to break a bed. That's ridiculous but it wouldn't be as bad if the defences (blindness, mining fatigue) didn't activate unless you were right on the bed.

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?
Bedwars game will be much more rewarding to people who spent time learning to play the game instead of rewarding someone who spent the entire game building a base. Camping ruins the dynamic aspect of bedwars without which the game becomes boring

Extra Information:
Please nerf Mining fatigue or make bed defences activate further than current distances on certain maps

-1. Mining fatigue shouldn't be nerfed. Imo, it's not even that overpowered, and I rarely see people using it. It lasts like what? 4 seconds? Just wait it out, it's not that hard.
