Hey JartexNetwork, Do you allow users to DM the Media Staff Team that is not related to Screenshare?

You can DM any staff you want but they won't be posting your content on media channel if thats what you are asking.

Apart from that you can DM staff anytime, just don't spam or annoy them as you might get blocked and won't recieve any help in future.

Also team ss staff won't be sharing any info on how they perform a screenshare if thats what you were looking for.

Jartex doesn't control their dms lol, msg them anything you want, from flowers to death threats, dms are out of jartex control

False, if we receive DM Advertising, we permanent ban the user on Jartex's Discord for example.

I think you refer to the thing that so far you only contacted Staff members that had Team Screenshare role to unban you because of a Console ban. Good news! As soon as you have a question or a problem related to Jartex, you are allowed and recommended to contact a Staff member! Help is always given to those who ask for it! You have mentioned "Media Staff Team". I don't exactly get what you meant by "Media" but for your reference, there is a staff subgroup called Team Social Media (such as Team Screenshare) which manages content creators on Jartex.​
