Hello,

A while ago i bought a Hero rank on Mcgamerzone.
Now i see that the server has been changed to Jartex Network.
Unfortunately I now see that I do not have my rank on this server anymore.
Is it possible to get my rank back?
If its possible i would like to get this (40 euro worth) rank in Factions.

Mcgamerzone hasn't changed to JartexNetwork.
