After reviewing your suggestion i decided to down vote it (-1) for the following reasons:

Jartex bw and sw has a lot of maps. If you want to make one from the 0 you can submit it at https://jartexnetwork.com/forums/map-submissions.157/ and hope it gets a positive reaction from the community, gets accepted and implemented.
Second of all you selected that this suggestion is about the prison gamemode and in reality you are talking about minigames and lastly "lack of effort"
