What is the suggestion about?

Make it so someone can not Cannon someone when they are cannoning someones base.​

Description:

Ex: I am cannoning split and then jihad sets up a cannon box pointed at my cannon to break my cannon so i can't cannon split. Therefore breaking the no allies rules or helping someone stop a raid. Its not clearly stated that this isn't allowed so people are already setting up cannons to abuse the lack of therefore rule.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

Will stop people from bypassing the helping people stop raids.​
