Make it more difficult to get the "special kits" in KitPvP​

Description:

Hi,
If you haven´t noticed yet, kitpvp is slowly dying on your server, the reason for this is that it is simply not fair. When people are running around with Yjikis, phantoms, etc, you cannot deal any damage to them if you don't have the same stuff, the game only becomes fun for the players which can afford the stuff to 1-2 hit players like me.

My suggestions :
1. One thing which could help, is to make these special sets rarer, it is so easy to get them. For example, that you can only get them from the god crate.
2. make the kits available for everyone ( which I don't think you guys will do )​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

Make the game much easier/fun for players that don't have 500k on their bank account.​
