Magician commqnd

Hello I was wondering if every same enchantment counts as one when using the /magician command I have spent all my money on that sword and when I did /magician with it on my own it said max enchantment reached but when I counted the middle sword s enchantments it was only 9
I really want to use /magician with both because they are both really great and the only things I have

As far as I know even same enchantments are considered as an extra enchantment while using /magician to mix two swords. You wont be able to do it because the max number of enchants on item is 10 [You can bypass it using enchantment orbs]
