Lost items due to sever crash

Due to the treasure event crash that occurred on may 29, 2021, I lost a max p3 pickaxe with rare jack hammer, rare treasure seeker, 2x rare treasure hunter gems, 3 max backpacks, and 1 opal mining suit. According to the players this occurred because I put be these items in my player vaults before the crash happened. After longing back on after the crash, I lost these items, is it possible for me to get these items back?

Most likely this is a bug report it here. As for items that has been lost, Sadly there's no way you can get it back.

The chances of you getting your items back are low, It happened to me too I have 9 thug ranks in auction house during the start of the season the event started and the server crashed never got them back. You can report it here so it doesn't happen in the future.

Well, I Cant Clearly tell that you will lose your Stuff, if you put it in your PV before the crash,
if it is ah, it has happened before,there is a chance for the ah to get cleared during a crash
