If you died to the boss and lost your stuff then the items are not retreivable as item loss is enabled in parts of the bossworld.
And dying to a bug is not classified as a bug so there wouldnt be any reason to create a bug report.

If you die to a "Bug" then it should be fixed and if you loose game currency and other stuff that is currency related (IRL) then it is refundable otherwise staff is not responsibile for any lose.
