This is not players introduction. Do these steps and it might fix your Login deny:

1. Send an screenshot with taskbar in assistance chat
2. Turn off VPN if you have it.
3. If u don't have vpn make sure to restart router
4. If number 2 and 3 don't work ask staff to whitelist you
