Description:

Lockette is a Plugin that can make selected chests only accessible to the owner who placed a sign around the chest.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

This could refrain treacherous members from taking stuff from co-members. And this can also give chance for thing so-called "Public Chests" that can be adjusted with Lockette mixed with Island Settings at Skyblock.​
