If its not completelly forbidden to go out, you can go for a walk or etc... If it is prohibbited, you will have to play some games , or maybe read books, watch netflix, talk to friends on discord... there is a lot of options

in Poland, lockdown is present since March the 27th, you can still go out, but only if you seriously need or have to.
