but the other?! WTF?!


I am not saying this staff member did anything wrong, but he literally said my evidence is invalid?

Hello arnygoat761, the evidence you've shown is indeed invalid. We ONLY accept those reports that contain a full screen screenshot, with a visible sidebar. Cropped/edited evidence will not be accepted. So next time, make sure to send a full screen screenshot.

Your video/screenshot evidence must be in full screen and scoreboard should be visible otherwise it will get denied no matter what.

If the staff who handled your report is any good, they usually explain what's the problem with evidence is and give you sometime to upload the correct evidence.

Seeing you are having to get your answers here, I assume its not the case
