Hello C cdwe3 you have to make sure that you have selected the level colour in lobby and for your reference if you dont know hot to select it here how you do it
1. go to any lobby of bedwars
2. click on the profile (which will appear to you as a player head)
3. click on lobby settings (which you will see in the form of a redstone reapeter)
4. then click on the level colour (which you will see as an enchantment bottle)
5. then click on the light green dye which is your level 15 colour
Hope this helps you to find your level colour
