In my opinion, I have seen these following tips to make a great suggestion idea not included within the idea you have provided.

• You did not explain your idea in great detail as possible.
• You did not add a few examples in your suggestion to give staff an idea of how the lag should be fixed or/and what is the possible outcome of the lag.
• I believe the subject about "lag" has been already talked about in past posts by other fellow members.

Also, don't you think that the reason that could cause the lag is the person's device, and/or the person's internet network?
