I think you should try checking whether you got the texture pack requested by Jartex Installed,
because sometimes its possible to join survival without accepting the pack by doing ./server survival

Also ig check whether you are using proper version with proper mods.
For example, I used to have a problem too
I used to use liteloader for installing voxel minimap and used forge with it for installing replay mod
Now it turns out forge and liteloader dont got well together and my game ended up crashing
I ended giving up to map and just use replay mod now

Also if u can share ur mods list, easier to identify the problem

Theres a recent changelog saying survival crashes are fixed, you might wanna try joining now
