Keybind weights

Hello,
I've been going through some of the previously posted threads and in one someone said that if u change controls on the keyboard from the left button to the spacebar and put a weight on it then it sort of "afk" grinds and helps. Another mod replied to that saying that the keyboard bind method is infact allowed if u use it on the mob spawned instead of bosses and players, I tried that and now got kicked saying I was using client modification, Pls help clarify this for me.

I'd also like to add that many of the higher players admit to using this method so I guess it works?????
