Solved Other java.io.IOException: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine

So it's a normal day to go on the server when all of a sudden after a few moments of joining i get kicked and recieve a message saying:
java.io.IOException: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine
I've tried different possibilites on why this is happening, but so far none has worked.
I personaly enjoy playing on this server as I am on a cracked version of minecraft (Tlauncher) so I am calling for assistance for people who are experienced enough to fix this connection problem.In advanced... Thanks! (I am using a custom version/client named pixel client which runs on 1.8.9 Optifine)

Make sure your internet connection is fine

Make sure you are using a wired connection such as a Ethernet cable since this can improve your internet.

Make sure as well that your router is nearby to ensure you are getting the best connection.
