Solved Jartex Network and Hypixel sharing the same Bedwars Maps

I've been looking for some Minecraft inspiration on YT until I noticed some videos showing BW Maps used by Hypixel and Jartex:

I don't wanna be toxic or something, but isn't Hypixel copyrighting all their stuff? As far as i know all Hypixel's server maps are copyrighted.

They never claimed it as their own anyways. And no there is no copyright on how specific blocks are placed, in other words, you can not 'own' a map since it's not your game anyways.

As JustThiemo said there isn't such thing called as copyright in Minecraft, in a way blocks are placed there is no ''copyright'' in it, they never claimed it and can't since it's not their game.
